The space

Casa de Corazones is the third-floor unit of Torre Pelicano — a condo across two levels, with a dining room, a family room, and a full kitchen on the main floor. You get:

Primary Bedroom: Up the spiral staircase, beneath its own unique dome — queen bed, large TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom
Private Terrace & Rooftop: Off the primary bedroom, with rooftop access above — sunrise and sunset over the Caribbean
Main-Floor Bedroom: Two twin beds, air conditioning, and a TV
Screened Terrace: Fully screened on the main floor — evening air without the bugs
Living / Dining: A family room and dining room, with a fully equipped kitchen

The design is warm and lived-in — not a photo shoot, a home.

All utilities are included: electricity, water, gas, high-speed WiFi. We handle the bills so you can focus on relaxing.

Keep it simple. This is a home, and we treat it that way.

Check-in: 4 PM (earlier by arrangement)
Check-out: 11 AM sharp (we clean for the next guests)
Guests: Max 4 as listed. Kids welcome; babies welcome.
Pets: Not at this time
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (be respectful of neighbors)
Smoking: Outside only; ashtrays provided
Parties: Not permitted. This is a residential area.

Location & local info

Puerto Morelos

Puerto Morelos is a gem. 45 minutes south of Cancún, north of Playa del Carmen, and worlds away from the resort noise. Think: fishing village charm, excellent seafood restaurants, a diving and snorkeling culture, and beaches that go on forever.

Beach access: Less than 50 feet from your front door. Swim, snorkel, kayak, or just exist in the sand.
Town (5-min walk): Main plaza, pharmacies, grocers, taquerias, cafes. Everything within walking distance.
Restaurants: La Buena Vida, John Gray’s Kitchen, Fuego Brew Co., countless family-run spots. Eat well and cheap.
Diving / snorkeling: Reef is minutes from shore. Book a guide or rent gear in town.
Parking: Secure covered parking in the building (included).
Language: Mostly Spanish spoken locally. “Hola,” “gracias,” and a smile go a long way. English is common in tourist areas.
ATM / banking: Main plaza, 5-minute walk. Bring your passport for exchanges.

Logistics

Check-in

Arrival: You’ll get a link to check-in instructions 48 hours before arrival — parking, key pickup, WiFi password, emergency contact.
Key pickup: At the main gate or by arrangement with Keith (call/WhatsApp).
Checkout: 11 AM. Keys back in the lockbox or with Keith.
Questions: Keith is your point of contact for anything that comes up.
